Communities and Fandoms can be intense. I'm sorry people are being so rude. To say you ruined their childhood is ridiculous. This is the internet, where everything exists. Rule 34 was it? So if they can like a show, dispite that being everywhere, a vent piece you made shouldn't be a big deal. They are choosing to make it one. I'd say that makes their words the real bullshit.

There are jerks and complainers in every group. But I bet there's more people who genuinely it than not. Jerks are typically just louder. The people who liked it will become fans, and those that claimed to hate it will forget why they were upset in a day.
It's easier said than done, but try not to let it get to you. Make what you like :)

I love the art style in the first. I think you did very well, and it came out beautifully.
The second is adorable and I like the perspective. I think you captured that cozy winter feeling very well. It's making me wish for snow :)

The ones from photos 3 , 4 and 7 are probably my favorite hero designs. Rababba , Chalice and Mietore.
Rababba seems very strong, chalice is adorable. Mietore and Rababba seem cool. Everyone has nice clothing designs

Neon-Bjorn responds:

Elsewhere i share these, Rababba an Mietore definitely come off as the fan favs (and i so love Babs, shes tough an cute)!

Really happy to hear Chalice too tho, shes a treat. Thanks so much Abstract

I really love the surreal feel of this one! The intense colors vs monochrome makes for a very interesting and eye catching style. The smile on the characters shirt is a very cool little addition too.

Pixel art is so challenging but i think you did fantastic! The only thing I may have tried to add would be dew drops or thorns. It’s labeled a simple rose but feels so detailed. My suggestion may crowd more than add. It looks very elegant, keep up the great work!

Ye i get u but i felt like its alr a lot

This is very cute and very well done. I love how tiny Mrs. Claus is and the details of her attire. Out of curiosity is the guest/crimson an OC?

anomAlain responds:

Thank you! I've had fun designing my take on the Claus couple (and Krampus as well).
As for Crimson the guest, yes, she's an OC of mine. She's a manticore gal and the singer in a (fictional) metal band.

Very cute, I love the idea. Merry Xmas 🎄
Ps "dancing around the Christmas tree" just got remade to [the dancing Christmas tree] in my head, so thanks for that mental image .

nomrabbits responds:

Thanks! Happy New Year!

I love my 3ds too, convenient for games on the go. Very cute character design. I especially like the colors and flow of the fur. Keep up the good work! :)

Courage is a great and nostalgic show. Love the decision to include Fred . You exaggerated his features in a perfectly creepy way. The background from the credits was a great addition too. I can practically hear the music.
The only kind of “constructive feedback” I could give, is Muriel’s cheeks are a bit big but that could very well be a style choice.
I think it looks fantastic, great work.

This is adorable! I really like your style! The Character design is great . Do they have names? Loving the mer-folk choices. I think the colors you chose compliment each other well too. I can also appreciate the different shades of red in the pirates outfit. It helps each piece of clothing stand out, and not seem blurred together at first glance.

VanVeleca responds:

the blue haired one is Ella and the purple haired one is Pfirsich :)
